Daily spiritual practices are personally given to you, based on your personal path and blockages.
The purpose of the practices is for you to leap forward in your path, and unfold your divinity. These practices shift your energy field.
Your practices change according to your progress - and so does your perception of reality, your receptivity to Spirit, and your ability to manage higher levels of energy.
The mentorship works through meeting packages, each with five meetings (video calls), of one hour each. You carry with your practices daily between our meetings.
This is no regular program. This program establishes an energetic bond between us for higher guidance.
I will be there throughout the whole process to support you, sharing knowledge, insights and tools.

First Step: Breakthrough Call
Your growth and fulfillment in focus: get deep and practical insights on your path!
The breakthrough call is an in-depth one-hour long video call with me, to uncover your path - regardless of you working with me after or not.
In this meeting, we assess where you are, your blockages and opportunities. Based on that, we define the best program for you to work with me and set you up, if you so desire.
The price of this meeting is 108 Euros. If you sign up to one of my 1:1 programs up to one week after our call, this value is deducted from your program fee.
Prior to the meeting you will answer a thorough questionnaire for me to prepare for the meeting and counsel you, and make the most of our time together.
There's no commitment to working with me after - and you will receive spiritual guidance no matter what.

Mental models, social conventions, frames of reference, habits, fears, anxieties, you name it. These are not us: these are pieces of armor we attached to ourselves growing up, to protect ourselves, to fit in.
In this program, we dive deep into what is holding you back from being. It's all about knowing more who you truly are, and thereby embodying your essence, and unfolding your divinity.
As part of this program, you also get a much deeper understanding of how energy and Spirit work, so you have a strong solid foundation in your practice and a self-sustained connection to Spirit.

Methodology and Practices
This is about purification, expansion of your vessel, and your ability to circulate and ground a greater amount of even stronger currents of energy.
Based the transmissions I receive and my work with clients, I have developed my own system with five pillars: spaciousness, connection, love and devotion. These are the solid foundations, the blocks that allow expansion to happen in a sustainable way.
Each pillar includes multiple subtopics, each with practices of its own. For example, spaciousness can include meditation, mindfulness, pranayama, and others.
We work with these pillars to expand this house of ours, our vessel, on and on, with grace.
The more we expand, the more Light runs through.
These pillars lead to expansion and liberation. Will, Love & Light.
The practices you get depend on your own blockages and spiritual path. As we start working together, I identify blockages and practices that we begin with, and we change practices as you progress.

FAQ
For the first package of five meetings, we ideally meet every other week. As we work longer together, the meetings start being more spaced out - every 3 or 4 weeks. Nothing is set in stone though, and we set our calendar together in the Breakthrough Call.
There is no specific answer to this question. It depends on what kind of information I receive for you and what you need. It can change from one meeting to the other. I'd say set aside 40 minutes a day to begin with. It might be that at times it doesn't get to that - but other times it might go over one hour a day.
